His background consists of 8 years of sales and 8 years within the finance industry, with a strong focus on property. Including seminar participation & educating investors on different investment strategies including positive and negative gearing. His passion is ‘putting the right people in the right property’ whether it is for their personal reasons or an excellent investment opportunity.
Karl has formal qualifications in Sales & Marketing and Property Services, which gives him a tremendous edge over any of his competing agents. Unlike a property agent who is a ‘part-timer’, Karl has made a career from helping his clients buy and/or sell property in Adelaide.
